3. How We Use Your Information

Information you submit is used solely to:

• Display your quiz to friends you share it with.
• Record and show quiz results on the leaderboard linked to your quiz.
• Allow you to review how your friends answered your questions.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Quiz data (including questions, responses, and display names) is retained on our servers for as long as the quiz remains active. We reserve the right to delete inactive quizzes after an extended period of inactivity.

5. Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of any data you have submitted to our service. To request deletion, please contact us at privacy@quizme.co.za with details about the quiz or data you would like removed. We will process all deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand general usage patterns (e.g., number of quizzes created). Any such analytics do not track individual users across sessions or sites. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.
